As Program Director, Trevor Amador oversees the full scope of our facility’s programming, operations, and clinical services. Trevor’s journey with our organization began on the front lines as a Tech, where he worked hands‑on with clients and fostered a home‑like environment that encouraged healing. He then advanced to Lead Tech, later stepping into the roles of Director of Operations and Program Manager. Each position provided him with valuable experience in day‑to‑day operations, team development, and quality improvement initiatives.

Through years of observing, training, and continuing education, Trevor has gained real‑world expertise in all aspects of treatment programming.
