Carla Corona holds a Culinary Degree from Kendall College in Chicago. Born and raised in the Windy City, she has been cooking for over 20 years and has experience from catering to fine dining. Additionally, she has nearly a decade of experience as a Pastry Chef at an acclaimed bakery in Santa Monica, California and, more recently, she has contributed to the care of clients in residential living environments. Carla believes that healthy eating is integral to physical and mental well-being and she is passionate about balanced meals and healthy comfort foods made from scratch for a range of dietary needs. She greatly enjoys using her cooking skills to create a welcoming and healing environment that encourages each individual’s personal growth.
